Through a variety of avenues, we desire to care for and shepherd children from diapers to discipleship. Teachers and helpers are equipped to effectively minister to little ones and committed to assisting parents in fulfilling the Scriptural admonition to train their children in a way that honors the Lord.

On Sunday mornings, classes are provided for children during the Bible Study hour. Beginning with our two-year olds, we teach each child about the storyline or the drama of the Bible. We explain how God, who is from everlasting to everlasting, created all things for His glory and in time revealed Himself to mankind in many ways, but most fully in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe this will lay a foundation that is critical for children to have in order for them to understand God’s plan of redemption and the significance of the gospel.

We believe that children can handle deep truth at a young age. We want to fill them with solid Bible truth that will provide a strong foundation and prepare them for the storms of life. For this reason, we emphasize the study, the memorization, and the application of God’s Word. In addition, we desire to “walk along side” parents, enabling and equipping them in their God-given roles. We encourage parental involvement in the classroom and provide resources and tools for parents to more effectively nurture the faith of their children at home.

On Sunday mornings in Bible study, we move children from year to year through a sequence of classes that will provide them with a broad understanding of Bible doctrine. The children in kindergarten begin by learning about the many aspects of God’s redemption and move from there to a study of the attributes of God, the promises of God, the names of God, and the providence of God. Our prayer is that our children will possess a grand and glorious vision of God and that they will respond to God in faith, worship, and obedience.
